REFUND POLICY
Because we value your trust and loyalty, we at Klartea are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your package.
Returning a Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our customer service team at Contact@klartea.com and provide the following information for a smooth resolution:
- Your unique order number
- The full name of the Klartea product
- A detailed description of the damage or issue
- One or more clear, high-quality photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Requesting a Refund
We stand behind our products with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your Klartea purchase, you may request a refund within the 30-day return window, subject to the following conditions:
- The cost of returning the product to us will be borne by the customer.
- The product must be unused and remain in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in us refusing the refund request or issuing a partial refund at our sole discretion.
After sending your return shipment, please provide us with the delivery proof (such as a tracking number or shipping receipt). This allows us to track the package and inspect the product’s condition upon arrival. Once the returned item is verified to meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your refund request.
Please note that refund processing times vary by payment method:
- For bank card payments: It may take up to 1 week for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
- For PayPal payments: The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account on the day of processing.
Important note: Products that are sold out, opened, or removed from their original packaging are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Expired Return Period
We will not accept returns for unwanted items once the 30-day return period has elapsed.
Your Responsibility for Returned Items
All returned products remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs while the package is in transit back to us.
